WEVAS® a été développé par des psychologues. Le programme est basé sur le concept selon lequel les gens ont des moments où ils sont dans un état d'Attentif Harmonisé optimal. Parfois, nous sortons de cet état et entrons dans des états problématiques dans lesquels nous devenons anxieux, agités, agressifs ou même tourné vers l'attaque. Les compétences de communication que nous utilisons pour nous permettre, ainsi qu'aux autres, de revenir à l'état de compétence sont appelées compétences WEVAS®. Ce programme est conçu pour aider à développer et à améliorer ces compétences.
The student will receive a certificate from WEVAS Incorporated upon successful completion of the WEVAS® 2.0 Online Certification Course. A copy of this certificate is required by employers and by training programs (e.g., Early Childhood Educator, Educational Assistant) for such things as job applications, ongoing employment, and course completion verification purposes.
A list of award recipients will be maintained with acknowledgement on WEVAS® social media and in the WEVAS® WISDOM Newsletter.
The Manitoba Association of School Superintendents (MASS), First Nations Educational Authorities, Private Schools, and Grade 12 equivalency Training Programs have received or can request information about how to register a Grade 12 graduating student to receive this award. This information is not available to the general public and requires authorization in order to access it.
